Returns & Refunds

All sales at Galactic Greg’s are final. This policy applies to purchases made in-store and online. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, completed reading, or dissatisfaction with your selection.

Incorrect Items
If we send you an incorrect item, please contact us so we can correct the mistake.

Damaged Items
If you believe your item was damaged, please contact us to discuss the issue. Damage must be verified, and each request is reviewed individually. Reporting damage does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement, or refund. Items approved for return must be returned to us before store credit is issued. For approved returns involving an incorrect item or verified damage present upon arrival, Galactic Greg’s covers return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping an item back so we can arrange the return.

Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used in-store or online. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where required by law.
